Agilent/Keysight MSOX3054T

The Keysight MSOX3054T is a 500 MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope combining 4 analog channels with 16 digital channels for synchronized time-correlated measurements up to 20 channels total. The 8.5-inch capacitive touch display with 800 × 480 pixel resolution enables intuitive signal visualization and control. With a 1,000,000 waveforms/sec capture rate, the instrument reliably detects transient glitches and anomalies. The MSOX3054T delivers 5 GSa/s sampling on half channels and 2.5 GSa/s across all channels, backed by up to 4 Mpts of memory.
