This probe amplifier employs RC input impedance architecture to minimize mid-band loading and circuit loading effects, enabling accurate measurements without signal distortion. The MX0025A measures differential, single-ended, and common mode signals from a single probe tip, supported by three flexible attenuation ratios and corresponding input dynamic ranges: 600 mVpp at 1:1, 2.5 Vpp at 4:1, and 5 Vpp at 8:1. The probe amplifier extends 1346.2 mm with a 1181.1 mm cable assembly.
