The Agilent/Keysight MXR054A is a real-time oscilloscope delivering 500 MHz bandwidth across four analog channels with simultaneous sampling at 16 GSa/s. Built on the Infiniium MXR-Series platform, this instrument captures complex signals with up to 1.6 Gpts of memory and achieves 10-bit ADC resolution (16 bits in high-resolution mode).
