Agilent/Keysight N1090A

The Agilent/Keysight N1090A is a compact sampling oscilloscope module for optical and electrical waveform analysis in high-speed digital and optical signal characterization. Operating as an integrated module within the Keysight 86100 DCA-X mainframe, it delivers optical transmitter compliance testing and waveform acquisition through PC-based control via the N1010A FlexDCA software over USB 2.0 or 3.0. The module supports data rates from 1 Gb/s to 10 Gb/s across wavelengths from 750 nm to 1650 nm with factory-calibrated optical-to-electrical conversion at 850 nm, 1310 nm, and 1550 nm (±20 nm each).
