Agilent/Keysight N1501A

The Keysight N1501A Dielectric Probe Kit measures complex permittivity and determines intrinsic electromagnetic properties of dielectric materials across frequency ranges up to 50 GHz. The system integrates with Keysight network or impedance analyzers and the N1500A Materials Measurement Suite software to deliver dielectric constant, loss factor, loss tangent, and Cole-Cole analysis in real time. Non-destructive measurement capability supports liquids, semi-solids, and flat-surfaced solids in R&D, incoming inspection, process monitoring, and quality assurance workflows.
