The Keysight N2751A is an InfiniiMode active differential probe for Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium series oscilloscopes equipped with AutoProbe interface. It acquires differential, single-ended, and common mode signals through a single probe tip, eliminating manual reconfiguration between measurement types. The probe delivers 3.5 GHz bandwidth with 100 psec rise time, making it suitable for digital system design, component characterization, and serial bus measurements.
