These probes integrate with Keysight oscilloscopes featuring 1 MΩ AutoProbe-interface channels, including Infiniium and InfiniiVision series with appropriate firmware support. Note: Infiniium V, 90000A, 90000 X-, and 90000 Q-Series oscilloscopes are not compatible with the N2820A/N2821A probe family. The N2824A is not compatible with InfiniiMax III/III+ probing systems.
