The Keysight N2842A is a passive probe designed for high-speed digital measurement on oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input impedance. It delivers 10:1 attenuation across a DC to 300 MHz bandwidth, offering minimal signal loading through its high 10 MΩ input resistance and low 11 pF input capacitance. The probe features adjustable low-frequency and high-frequency compensation to optimize measurement accuracy across the Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscope families. With a 1.2 m cable and Probe ID capability, the N2842A enables automatic impedance and attenuation detection, simplifying oscilloscope setup.
