Agilent/Keysight N2848A

The Keysight N2848A is a passive probe head engineered for high-frequency differential and single-ended measurements with InfiniiMax III and III+ probe amplifiers. Its magnetically-engaged design enables rapid connection and disconnection at multiple test points without re-soldering, making it ideal for dynamic measurement scenarios. The probe head supports InfiniiMode probing with InfiniiMax III+ amplifiers and conventional differential probing with InfiniiMax III amplifiers, delivering bandwidth up to 16 GHz and 13 GHz respectively. Multiple N2849A QuickTip probe tips can be deployed simultaneously on a device under test, permitting efficient characterization of numerous points. The N2848A operates reliably in extreme temperature environments, including temperature chamber applications.
