The Keysight N2875A is a passive probe engineered for high-speed digital measurement on densely populated circuit boards and surface-mount assemblies. With 500 MHz bandwidth and a 20:1 attenuation ratio, it delivers accurate signal acquisition across fast logic transitions while maintaining low loading effects on the circuit under test. The compact 2.5 mm probe head diameter enables access to tight IC pitches, supported by interchangeable IC caps spanning 0.5 mm to 1.27 mm lead spacing.
