The Keysight N5247BM Active Device Characterization Solution delivers integrated microwave network analysis from 10 MHz to 67 GHz for precision characterization of high-frequency active devices. This complete system combines the N5247B PNA-X analyzer with eight dedicated application software modules, calibration accessories, and test cables to enable S-parameter, noise figure, gain compression, conversion gain/loss, pulse, and harmonic measurements across amplifiers, mixers, transceivers, and frequency conversion circuits.
