The Keysight N5292A Millimeter-wave Test Set Controller extends PNA and PNA-X Series B network analyzers into millimeter-wave frequencies. This controller manages signal routing between frequency extender modules and the host analyzer, enabling precise S-parameter measurements and component characterization across 2-port and 4-port configurations. The N5292A provides direct access to Test and Reference IF signals from connected extender modules, which are then returned to the PNA/PNA-X for processing and display.
