The P5024A supports pulsed-RF measurements, fixture removal, time-domain and TDR analysis, noise figure characterization, mixer and converter measurements, gain compression, differential and I/Q device testing, spectrum analysis, and real-time S-parameter uncertainty quantification. Optional software modules enable embedded LO operation, source phase control, and multiport calibration.

Utilizes the same measurement science and remote-programming interface as Keysight’s PNA, ENA, and PXI VNA families. Up to two P50xxA instruments may be connected for multiport VNA configurations. Compatible with N5252AW VDI frequency extenders via dedicated software option.
