Agilent/Keysight P9165C

The Keysight P9165C is a 2×8 USB solid-state switch matrix engineered for RF and microwave signal routing in automated test applications. Operating from 300 kHz to 18 GHz with full crossbar configuration, the P9165C handles multi-DUT and multi-port measurements across demanding frequency ranges. Its solid-state CMOS switching architecture delivers 50 µs switching speed (10% to 90% trigger response) with isolation performance: 90 dB at 300 kHz–2 GHz, 88 dB at 2–10 GHz, 85 dB at 10–15 GHz, and 80 dB at 15–18 GHz. The matrix maintains two RF paths in the ON state at any time; unswitched output ports are internally terminated to 50 ohms.
