Agilent / Keysight U2001H 10 MHz – 6 GHz USB Power Sensor

The Agilent/Keysight U2001H is a USB-connected power sensor that delivers precise RF and microwave power measurements from 10 MHz to 6 GHz across an 80 dB dynamic range. Operating from −50 dBm to +30 dBm, it eliminates the need for a separate benchtop power meter by connecting directly to a PC. The sensor employs dual measurement paths—a low-power path (−50 dBm to +3 dBm) and high-power path (+3 dBm to +30 dBm)—with automatic switching at +3 dBm for optimal accuracy across the full range.

Measurement uncertainty is ≤1.9% at room temperature, with power accuracy of ±5.0% in normal mode and ±4.0% in average-only mode (25 °C ± 10 °C). The sensor supports up to 250 readings per second in standard operation, extending to 1000 readings/s in buffered mode for up to 50 readings. Internal zeroing eliminates the need for external calibration or DUT shutdown. Flexible triggering—via internal envelope detection or external signals—combined with trace display for signal envelope visualization enables precise gate placement and trigger level setup.
