The Keysight U9391F is a high-performance comb generator that generates frequency harmonics from an RF input signal for precision phase calibration in nonlinear measurements. Built on InP MMIC technology, it delivers excellent amplitude and phase flatness across a wide output frequency span, making it the calibration standard for the Keysight PNA-X nonlinear vector network analyzer (NVNA). The unit accepts input signals from 10 MHz to 6 GHz and produces harmonics spanning 10 MHz to 50 GHz. Its user-selectable divide ratio (1, 2, 4, 8, or 16) and USB-controlled frequency divider enable flexible tone spacing down to 10 MHz minimum, critical for characterizing nonlinear devices.
