The Keysight U9391G is a high-performance comb generator that generates frequency harmonics from an input RF signal to deliver precision phase calibration for non-linear measurements. Built on Keysight’s InP MMIC technology, it provides superior phase stability and excellent amplitude and phase flatness across a wide frequency range. The U9391G is optimized for use with the Keysight PNA-X nonlinear vector network analyzer (NVNA) and supports phase and delay measurements of frequency converters.
