The Keysight UXR0254AP is a 25 GHz real-time oscilloscope delivering high-fidelity analysis of high-speed digital and RF signals. Built on Keysight’s Indium Phosphide integrated circuit process, this four-channel instrument combines 256 GSa/s sample rate across all channels with 10-bit ADC resolution and up to 2 Gpts memory per channel. The platform supports bandwidth upgrades to 110 GHz and additional channels, making it scalable for evolving test requirements.
