The Keysight UXR0594A is a 4-channel real-time oscilloscope delivering 59 GHz bandwidth with 256 GSa/s sampling rate and real-time bandwidth to 110 GHz. This Infiniium UXR-Series instrument combines 10-bit vertical resolution with up to 16 bits through averaging, making it capable of capturing and analyzing high-speed signals with exceptional fidelity. Standard memory reaches 200 Mpts per channel, expandable to 2 Gpts, while rise/fall times as fast as 6.3 ps enable precise characterization of edge transitions. The noise floor of 2.2 mV rms at 50 mV/div and maximum bandwidth provides clean signal acquisition in demanding measurement scenarios.

Designed for signal integrity analysis in data communication, aerospace, defense, and advanced research environments, the UXR0594A accepts signals through four 1.85 mm 50-ohm AutoProbe III connectors. Though discontinued, the instrument remains fully supported with available upgrades spanning bandwidth, memory, digital down conversion, and channel licensing. Integrated Serial Data Analysis (SDA) software delivers flexible clock recovery and optional embedded protocol decode/trigger for low-speed and high-speed serial standards, along with compliance measurement capabilities.
