The Keysight UXR0802A is an 80 GHz, 2-channel real-time oscilloscope purpose-built for ultra-high-speed signal analysis in research and production environments. Built on Indium Phosphide (InP) process technology, this instrument delivers 256 GSa/s sampling across all channels with 10-bit ADC resolution—extendable to 16 bits via averaging—and memory depths up to 2 Gpts per channel. The UXR0802A combines ruggedized 1 mm connectors with integrated high-speed serial data analysis and clock recovery functions to enable precise characterization of complex high-frequency signals.
