Agilent/Keysight W2638A

The Agilent/Keysight W2638A is a BGA probe for accessing and analyzing LPDDR, LPDDR NVM, and mobile-DDR DRAM signals within ball grid array packages. It interposes between the DRAM and printed circuit board, enabling comprehensive state and timing measurements of DRAM buses—including DQ, DQS, and clock signals—without requiring design modifications. The probe supports both x16 (60 balls) and x32 (90 balls) package configurations at data rates up to 400 Mb/s and operates across a 1.5 GHz bandwidth.
