The Keysight W2639A is an oscilloscope adapter board that enables probing of LPDDR SDRAM, LPDDR NVM, and mobile-DDR DRAM devices in BGA packages. It provides non-intrusive electrical and mechanical access to memory signals, minimizing performance impact while facilitating detailed signal measurement and characterization. The W2639A connects LPDDR BGA probes to Keysight Infiniium oscilloscopes via the E2678A InfiniiMax socket probe head, supporting both x16 (60-ball) and x32 (90-ball) packages with access to all signals. Each order includes two adapter boards, soldered between the DRAM and PCB or DIMM.
