The Anritsu ML910A is a dual-channel digital optical power meter designed for precise optical power measurements across a wide wavelength range. It offers independent measurement capabilities for each of its two channels, allowing for versatile and sophisticated optical power analysis. The instrument is compatible with nine different types of optical sensors, enabling flexibility for various applications. A key feature is the built-in wavelength sensitivity data within the optical sensors, which allows for direct readout of true power values by simply setting the desired wavelength. This capability covers a broad wavelength range from 0.38 to 1.8 µm. The ML910A is engineered for high accuracy, particularly at low power levels, and supports relative measurements with a resolution down to 0.001 dB when using a feed-through sensor, effectively canceling out fluctuations in the optical source output. For enhanced functionality, the ML910A includes a data storage function, capable of storing measurement data for later retrieval or output via the standard GPIB interface.
