The Anritsu MS4623B is a vector network analyzer operating from 10 MHz to 6 GHz, purpose-built for RF device characterization and system testing. It delivers accurate S-parameter measurements across passive, active, mixer, and power amplifier devices through a single flexible source and ultra-linear receiver architecture. The instrument provides dynamic range up to 125 dB (10 MHz to 3 GHz) and supports mixed-mode S-parameters, embedding/de-embedding, and arbitrary impedance measurements. A wide range of optional capabilities—including noise figure analysis, harmonic and intermodulation distortion measurements, and time-domain analysis—enables advanced characterization workflows. The MS4623B can be expanded with optional modules for 3-port and 4-port measurements; Option 3B adds a second internal 6 GHz source for dual-source testing.
