Blue M/TPS DCC

The Blue M/TPS DCC is a temperature programming system engineered for precise, repeatable thermal control in Blue M ovens and compatible thermal processing equipment. It enables creation and execution of complex temperature profiles—ramps, soaks, and cool-downs—across research, quality control, and manufacturing applications. The DCC delivers process consistency and optimal material performance through sophisticated temperature management.

## Technical Specifications

**Temperature Range:** Clean Room models operate from 15°C above ambient to 250°C (482°F). Other 146 Series models reach 350°C.

**Workspace Volume:** DCC-256 models provide 4.9 to 5.8 cubic feet; alternative configurations include 4.2, 9.0, 11.0, or 24.0 cubic feet.

**Air Circulation:** High-volume horizontal mechanical convection with centrifugal blower wheel. One-pass and full recirculation airflow systems available. Full recirculation delivers rapid heat-up and superior temperature uniformity. Adjustable air intake and exhaust dampers optimize performance.

**Control System:** Profiling controllers include Blue M Pro 350 / Yokogawa UP350, Blue M Pro 550 / Yokogawa UP550, Blue M Pro 750 / Yokogawa UP750, and Watlow F4. Single set-point operation uses Blue M Stat 350 / Yokogawa UT350. Graphical trend charting and data logging are optional. Ethernet and USB communications supported.

**Overtemperature Protection:** Standard dual-function protection: Yokogawa UT150L Limit Controller or Blue M Temp Limit Controller provides audible and visual alarms while shutting down heat control and circulation blower. Redundant high-limit controller available.

**Filtration:** Clean Room (DCC) models employ HEPA filtration maintaining Class 100 workspace conditions.
