The BP Microsystems BP-1400/240 is a universal device programmer engineered for high-speed programming and functional testing of integrated circuits across engineering and production environments. This 240-pin universal programmer supports all major device technologies and package types, delivering rise times of 800ps at the programming socket without overshoot or ground bounce. The system accommodates devices operating down to 2.7V, enabling support for advanced low-voltage technologies while maintaining the ability to functionally test high-speed PLDs with speeds as low as 3ns.
## Technical Specifications
• **Device Support:** EPROM, EEPROM, Flash memory (up to 32MB), microcontrollers, PLDs, CPLDs, PALs, FPGAs, and anti-fuse FPGAs
• **Package Support:** DIP, PLCC, TSOP, SSOP, SOIC, LCC, PCMCIA, QFP, PGA, and BGA packages up to 240 pins
• **Pin Drivers:** 240 standard pin drivers operating down to 2.7V
• **Rise Time:** 800ps at programming socket (no overshoot or ground bounce)
• **Voltage Range:** 2.7V to 3.3V (low-voltage device support)
• **Programming Architecture:** Based on BP-2200 Concurrent Programming System, single-site configuration
• **Testing:** Full vector testing and 100% continuity testing; 240-pin device support
## Key Features
