The Burleigh 6005 Handset is a manual control interface for operating Burleigh Inchworm motors in precision positioning and alignment applications. This handheld unit enables independent or simultaneous control of up to three axes of motion through an intuitive directional button interface and single-turn potentiometer speed adjustment. The handset supports both open-loop and closed-loop operation modes, with step-mode capability for fixed-length incremental positioning in closed-loop applications. PZT drive electronics integrated into the controller supply the voltage, current, and timing signals required for rapid actuation of drive elements.
