Corning SMF-28 single-mode optical bare fiber delivers high-performance transmission across telecommunications, data, and utility networks. This 2260-meter spool is manufactured using Outside Vapor Deposition (OVD) to achieve ultra-pure synthetic glass with consistent geometry, high strength, and low attenuation. The fiber meets ITU-T G.652, TIA/EIA-492CAAA, IEC 60793-2-50 Type B1.3, and Bellcore GR-20-CORE standards.
