The Cosel PBA-1500F-24 is a single-output AC-DC power supply delivering 24 V DC at up to 65 A continuous (100 VAC input) or 70 A continuous (200 VAC input), with 105 A peak capability. This enclosed unit operates from universal AC input (85–264 V, 50–60 Hz) or DC input (120–370 V), achieving 87% efficiency with active power factor correction and harmonic compliance to IEC61000-3-2. Output voltage adjusts across 16.5–26.4 V, regulated to ±96 mV line and ±150 mV load variation. Built-in protections include overcurrent shutdown, overvoltage protection with auto-recovery, and fan alarm monitoring. Remote ON/OFF, remote sensing for load-end voltage compensation, and CN1/CN2/CN3 connector harnesses enable flexible control and parallel operation configurations. Rated for 1680 W maximum output power across operating temperatures of −20 to +71 °C. The unit meets UL60950-1, CSA60950-1, and EN60950-1 safety approvals, weighs 3.4 kg, and supports panel, chassis, or DIN rail mounting. Response time of 600 mS typical.
