The Dima SMT Systems Breeze (SMRO-0253) is a convection reflow oven engineered for lead-free soldering of hybrid and SMT boards, as well as curing of adhesives, thick film pastes, and conformal coatings. Optimized for small to medium production volumes, this system processes PCBs up to 250 mm wide and delivers consistent thermal profiles across assemblies of varying component density and mass.

## Technical Specifications

The SMRO-0253 features 8 independently controlled heating zones with full convection technology—circulated hot air or combined long wave infrared radiation. Zone architecture typically comprises 4 pre-heating, 4 soak, and 2 reflow stages. A 250 mm stainless steel mesh conveyor belt operates at adjustable speeds from 50 mm/min to 800 mm/min. Temperature control is managed by a microprocessor-based system with LCD display and push-button interface, supporting up to 99 programmable profiles. Top and bottom heating can be set independently to reduce thermal stress on double-sided assemblies.

Cooling is provided by an integrated zone; optional refrigerated cool-down configurations employ closed-loop chilled water circulation to prevent flux oxidation. An axial ventilator with integrated ionizer ensures ESD-safe processing. Integrated fume exhaust removes solder vapors during operation.
