The EXFO FOT-922X Automated Loss/Return Loss Test Set is a portable, integrated instrument that combines multiple optical fiber characterization functions into a single unit. It performs bidirectional loss testing, optical return loss measurement, light sourcing, and power detection—eliminating the need for separate devices in field and laboratory environments. The FOT-922X supports fiber links ranging from traditional systems to high-speed OC-48 and OC-192 networks.
