The Exfo FTB-5700-CD-PMD is a single-ended dispersion analyzer module that combines chromatic dispersion (CD) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) measurements into one automated test solution. Designed for the FTB-200 Compact Platform and FTB-400 Universal Test System, it enables fiber characterization from a single location, eliminating the need for remote units or a second technician. This approach reduces operational expenses, simplifies procedures, and accelerates reporting for high-speed data transmission links operating at 10 Gbit/s and beyond.
