GE / Druck DPI 615 Low Pressure Calibrator

The GE/Druck DPI 615 is a portable, self-contained low pressure calibrator combining pressure generation, fine control, and measurement in a single instrument. It delivers accurate pressure calibration across pneumatic and hydraulic ranges, with integral sources spanning −850 mbar to 20 bar pneumatically and 0 to 400 bar hydraulically. The unit measures pressure (gauge, absolute, sealed gauge), electrical parameters (mA up to ±55 mA; V up to ±50 VDC), and switch states. A large dual-parameter graphic LCD display supports field operations, while RS232 connectivity enables two-way PC communication for procedure download and data upload with PASS/FAIL analysis and graphical reporting. Data logging capacity reaches 10,000 values with 92 Kbytes storage. Battery-powered operation via six 1.5 V C cells provides up to 60 hours nominal use; optional NiCad rechargeable pack available. The DPI 615 meets ATEX and CENELEC certification for intrinsically safe operation in hazardous areas.
