The HP/Agilent 53147A is a portable three-in-one instrument combining a 20 GHz microwave counter, power meter, and digital voltmeter. It consolidates field measurement capabilities across frequency, power, and DC voltage monitoring—eliminating the need for separate instruments on installation, maintenance, and ATE tasks. The counter spans 50 MHz to 20 GHz (CW), the power meter operates from -70 dBm to +44 dBm via Agilent 8480 series sensors, and the DVM monitors ±50 Vdc circuits. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces enable remote control and data logging. Optional battery power and a lightweight, bumper-protected enclosure support field deployment.
