The HP/Agilent 54600A is a 2-channel, 100 MHz digital oscilloscope engineered for signal measurement across production, field-service, and educational settings. This instrument combines analog-like CRT display characteristics with digital acquisition capabilities, delivering real-time waveform capture at up to 20 MSa/s with a 4,000-point record length. The vertical system spans 2 mV/div to 5 V/div sensitivity with ±2% DC gain accuracy, while the horizontal system provides sweep speeds from 5 s/div to 2 ns/div with ±0.01% accuracy. Trigger sensitivity reaches 0.35 divisions or 3.5 mV (DC to 25 MHz), and the instrument captures glitches as narrow as 50 ns.
