The HP/Agilent 54620A is a 16-channel logic analyzer built for digital circuit debugging and signal analysis. It combines a scope-like interface with advanced triggering and measurement capabilities, enabling engineers to capture and characterize complex digital behavior at up to 500 MSa/s.
