## Typical Applications
• Automated production testing and go/no-go verification
• Mask-based signal integrity validation and compliance testing
• Unattended long-duration measurement campaigns
• Integration into GPIB test racks and automated test equipment (ATE) systems
## Compatibility & Integration
The 54655A (suffix “A”) is compatible with all 54600-series oscilloscopes. The 54655B variant supports 54600B-series scopes and the 54645A/D models. For the 54645A/D, 54615B, 54616B/C, and 54620A/C logic analyzer, GPIB functionality is limited to I/O operations. The module does not support the 54615B, 54645A, or 54645D when using the 54655A or 54656A variants.
