The HP/Agilent 54753A is a dual-channel TDR/TDT plug-in module for single-ended transmission line characterization and signal integrity analysis. It delivers sub-45 ps system rise time and configurable bandwidth up to 20 GHz, enabling precise impedance profiling, reflection quantification, and propagation delay measurements across interconnects and transmission media. The module integrates with Agilent/Keysight oscilloscope and analyzer mainframes to provide waveform capture, statistical analysis, eye patterns, and automated TDT gain/delay calculation.
