HP / Agilent 59308A TIMING GENERATOR

The HP/Agilent 59308A Timing Generator produces precise timing signals and synchronization pulses for measurement systems requiring accurate temporal control. Operating in Timer or Pacer mode, it generates single pulses or pulse trains synchronized to external trigger events. Timing configuration is available via front-panel thumbwheel switches or remote HP Interface Bus (HP-IB) control, making it suitable for digital communication testing, protocol analysis, and coordinated instrument synchronization. The instrument can report pulse counts via HP-IB and supports Bus Pacer mode operation in controller-less systems.
