The HP/Agilent 6813B is a high-performance AC power source and integrated power analyzer designed for demanding test and evaluation of power supplies, UPS systems, avionics equipment, and power factor corrected devices. This instrument generates and measures AC and DC power across a wide range of voltage and current levels, simulates normal and distorted waveforms, and performs comprehensive harmonic analysis—all within a single integrated platform. The 16-bit precision power analyzer measures RMS voltage and current, real/apparent/reactive power, total harmonic distortion, and harmonic content up to the 50th harmonic. It accepts analog programming via dedicated terminals, GPIB (with optional interface card), and RS-232 communication, with a graphical user interface for non-programmed operation.
