The HP/Agilent 6813C is a high-performance AC power source and analyzer that combines power amplification, arbitrary waveform generation, and integrated power analysis in a single instrument. It generates standard and distorted AC waveforms, transient disturbances, and DC power—either standalone or as an offset to AC output. Built-in power analyzer functions eliminate the need for separate multimeters, oscilloscopes, and harmonic analyzers, making it ideal for power supply testing, UPS evaluation, avionics ATE, and power factor corrected equipment characterization.
