The HP/Agilent 81532A is a high-sensitivity plug-in power sensor module for optical power measurements within lightwave multimeter mainframes. Built around an InGaAs sensor element, it delivers accurate readings across the 800–1700 nm wavelength range with measurement capability from +3 dBm to −110 dBm. The module installs directly into HP/Agilent 8153A, 8163A, and 8164A series mainframes and provides precision optical power acquisition with analog output capability and selectable digital modulation modes.
