The HP/Agilent 81626B is a high-power InGaAs optical head for precision power measurements across -70 dBm to +27 dBm. This 5 mm diameter detector module operates from 850 nm to 1650 nm and integrates with Agilent 816x mainframe systems via 81618A or 81619A interface modules. It delivers 3% accuracy (950 nm to 1630 nm) with optional ±2.5% uncertainty through special calibration. The optical head supports configurable averaging times from 100 µs to 10 s, automatic power ranging, min/max monitoring, and data logging up to 20,000 samples.
