HP / Agilent 8753E 6GHz S-parameter Network Analyzer

The HP/Agilent 8753E is a 6 GHz S-parameter network analyzer designed for precise RF and microwave component characterization across design verification, manufacturing test, and quality assurance workflows. It delivers full S-parameter measurements (S11, S21, S12, S22) with simultaneous display of up to four parameters in multiple formats including magnitude, phase, group delay, Smith chart, polar, SWR, and time-domain representations. The instrument combines a synthesized source with advanced receiver architecture to achieve dynamic range up to 110 dB at 3 GHz and 105 dB at 6 GHz, enabling sensitive amplifier measurements down to −100 dBm.
