Inficon VGC403 Vacuum Gauge Controller

The Inficon VGC403 Vacuum Gauge Controller monitors and controls vacuum across a full pressure spectrum from 10⁻¹⁰ mbar to 1500 mbar. It interfaces with Inficon active gauges through up to three independent measurement channels, delivering 16-bit resolution via high-precision analog-to-digital conversion. The unit supports user-selectable pressure units (mbar, Torr, Pascal, Micron) and offers six programmable setpoint relays with adjustable hysteresis. A 0–10 V chart recorder output with selectable linear or logarithmic scaling enables integration into existing data acquisition systems. Compact bench-top construction permits panel or 19″ rack mounting in confined laboratory and production environments.
