The Keithley 2000-182-02B is a 6.5-digit digital multimeter engineered for high-precision measurements in R&D, automated test systems, production, and quality control environments. This half-rack instrument delivers DC voltage accuracy of 0.002% and DC resistance accuracy of 0.008% over a 90-day interval, with measurement speeds up to 2000 readings/second at 4.5 digits or 50 triggered readings/second at full 6.5-digit resolution over IEEE-488.
## Technical Specifications
The meter measures DC voltage from 100 nV to 1 kV and AC voltage (RMS) from 0.1 µV to 750 V (1000 V peak). Current measurement spans 10 nA to 3 A DC and 1 µA to 3 A AC (RMS). Resistance measurements operate in both two-wire and four-wire modes from 100 µΩ to 120 MΩ. Frequency and period measurements cover 3 Hz to 500 kHz. Temperature sensing supports Type J, K, and T thermocouples and RTDs, with Type K range from −200°C to +1372°C.
AC voltage accuracy is specified at 0.05% (90-day basic). The instrument changes ranges in less than 30 ms and functions in 45/s. Input protection includes 1000 V across DCV, resistance, temperature, continuity, and diode test functions on all ranges; ACI protection uses a 3 A, 250 V fuse; ACV accepts 1000 V peak with maximum 400 V DCV on any ACV range.
