The Keithley 2460 is a half-rack Source Measure Unit (SMU) that sources and measures voltage and current with 0.012% basic measurement accuracy and 6½-digit resolution. It combines a programmable power supply, true current source, digital multimeter, electronic load, and trigger controller into a single instrument, eliminating the need for multiple standalone devices.
The 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 800×480 TFT WVGA display and icon-based menu structure reduces configuration steps by up to 50%, enabling rapid setup without extensive training. Four Quickset modes provide immediate access to common measurements. Built-in context-sensitive help and the included Kickstart Software support both manual and programmatic operation with zero programming required.
