The Keithley 2461 is a graphical high-current digitizing SourceMeter SMU that sources and measures voltage and current with high precision across a wide range of electronic components and materials. Built around a 5-inch color touchscreen interface, it delivers four-quadrant operation, simultaneous voltage and current digitizing at up to 10,000 samples/second, and peak current pulses to 7 A. The instrument captures transient behavior and waveforms while maintaining 0.05% basic accuracy on both sourcing and measurement functions.
