Keithley 3706A-SNFP Data Acquisition System

The Keithley 3706A-SNFP is a six-slot system switch mainframe for high-performance data acquisition and automated testing. This configurable 2U enclosure accepts plug-in switch and control cards to build customized multi-channel measurement systems. The -SNFP model includes no front-panel display or keypad, requiring remote operation via Ethernet (LXI Class B Version 2), USB, or GPIB. Built-in multi-processor architecture and Test Script Processor (TSP®) enable advanced automation and flexible system control. The platform delivers over 14,000 readings per second to memory and supports high-throughput scanning and pattern switching across up to 576 two-wire multiplexer channels, 720 one-wire channels, or 2,688 one-pole matrix crosspoints when fully loaded.
