The Keithley 610C Solid State Electrometer is a precision instrument for measuring extremely low currents, high resistances, small charges, and DC voltages with high sensitivity and minimal noise. Built on discrete transistor construction with MOSFET inputs, it delivers the stable, low-drift performance demanded in scientific research, materials characterization, and precision electrical testing.

• Input resistance: >10¹⁴ Ω shunted by 20 pF
• Selectable input resistance: 10 Ω to 10¹¹ Ω in decade steps
